Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in women’s specialty or sales-driven environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building.
• Proven ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by building strong customer relationships and supporting community engagement.
• Assist in training and developing team members with coaching.
• Drive store performance by identifying customer needs and providing personalized styling recommendations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill products to assist customers in purchases.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, visual merchandising, inventory, and policies.
• Adapt messaging across different audiences and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
