Job summary

LOFT in Dedham, MA is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and guide and support the store team. You will partner with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be ready to step in as acting manager when needed.

You should be comfortable coaching, communicating, and staying flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role offers growth across LOFT brands and a benefits package including a 401(k) plan and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.
