MacAllister Machinery Co Inc. seeks a Sales Coordinator to lead invoicing, financial tracking, and process improvements for SITECH in Novi, Michigan.

You will create a positive customer experience by ensuring timely, accurate invoicing across sales, parts, service and rental, coordinate internal and external billing workflows with partners (Trimble, SitePro, etc.), and manage warranty, proforma, and COD invoices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent year of experience (4 to 5 years).
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Finance, Business Management, Accounting).

Responsibilities

• Lead all invoice related activities, financial tracking, and start work process improvements.
• Create a positive customer experience as it relates to invoicing (timely, organized, accurate, and all encompassing across sales, parts, service, rental, etc.).
• Coordinate internal billing processes such as open/closing work orders, register and claim warranty, trade-in/used equipment, etc.
• Coordinate with external vendors (Trimble, Spectra Precision, SitePro, ChrisNik, etc.).
• Uncover opportunities to remove burden from our sales team by creating standard work processes across invoice templates, common tech configurations, etc.
