Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience performing administrative tasks in sales or office environment.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree with a business concentration.
• 4+ years of experience performing administrative tasks in sales or office environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales process between customer, sales representative, factory, and MacAllister Machinery.
• Ensure invoices and paperwork for sales orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor order status, inventory accuracy, and stock availability across locations.
• Evaluate and process new and used equipment into inventory, documenting damage or repairs.
• Coordinate logistics of new/used equipment for the Shop Get Ready process.
• Report sales data to manufacturers and register warranties with manufacturers.
• Allocate orders to correct categories, customers, and vendors.
• Track money due to company from vendors and prepare audit documents.
• Assist with training new employees on product lines and processes.
