Employer.com, part of the Recruiter.com family, partners with Salesforce to recruit contract GTM talent across North America. This six-month hybrid contract requires three days onsite per week at a Salesforce hub in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, or Atlanta, with a compensation of $58.00/hr (W-2).

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles and drive candidates through sourcing to offer acceptance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years recruiting experience, agency and/or in-house.
• Experience recruiting for Sales/GTM roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week at a Salesforce hub (SF, NY, CHI, ATL).
• Strong direct-sourcing from competitors.
• Knowledge of tech/SaaS markets and Salesforce value proposition.
• Strong cold-calling and relationship-building with candidates and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach to build a pipeline of passive candidates.
• Partner with Sales leadership and hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
• Track progress through ATS and collaboration tools during interview cycles.
• Move requisitions quickly in a high-volume, high-velocity environment.
• Conversion to a full-time role is possible for the right candidate.
