Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Business Development Representative to grow product lines within existing customer accounts in Columbus, OH. You will prospect, cold call, set appointments, present programs, and work to meet a sales quota while coordinating with the Service Representative to leverage relationships.

The role emphasizes data-driven selling, sample-driven presentations, and independent analysis to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth within a broad customer base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals consistently and meet sales activity requirements.
• Work with Service Manager to sell a range of products and services to significant customers.
• Develop an annual sales and marketing strategy to accomplish goals and budget.
• Independently collect and analyze data from customers using predetermined tools.

Valid driver's license

Microsoft Office proficiency

Education

High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

1+ years of sales experience

Experience in a similar sales or customer service role

Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
