Job summary

BORGA Steel Buildings and Components seeks a Sales Manager to lead our California building and component sales teams, strengthen contractor relationships, and drive profitable growth across California, with opportunities to expand into western U.S. markets.

On-site in Fowler with travel to customer locations, you will manage pipelines, forecast, and pricing while collaborating with estimating, engineering, and operations to improve service and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a sales team.
• Background in contractor sales, construction, building materials, or distribution.
• Strong account development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Ability to work on-site in Fowler, CA, and travel to customer locations as needed.
• Annual base salary of $110,000–$120,000 with target cash compensation of $145,000–$155,000 including incentives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop building and component sales team members.
• Grow component sales through new business development, account expansion, and repeat customer relationships.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, pricing, and closing strategies.
• Strengthen contractor relationships and expand market presence throughout California.
• Partner with estimating, engineering, and operations to improve customer service and sales execution.
• Drive accountability, CRM utilization, and consistent sales performance.
