Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a driven leader to manage and grow a high-performing sales team in California, with ownership through our employee ownership program. You’ll guide in-home sales, training, and customer engagement, while representing a strong brand and values.

The role involves onsite leadership in Sunnyvale, CA, with travel within the territory and a competitive compensation package, including bonus/commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred, with 2–3 years of team leadership.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, humility and desire to build an industry-leading sales team.
• Proven ability to influence, develop and empower a team.
• Superior knowledge of sales techniques.
• Highly organized and efficient.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.

Responsabilités

• Assist in ensuring the sales team provides a thorough, effective and professional presentation to each customer.
• Assist in the training and development of Outside Sales Representatives to meet targets.
• Assist to ensure team possess product knowledge and marketing techniques to relate to customer needs.
• Conducts ride-alongs with Outside Sales Representatives to improve techniques and processes.
• Assist in handling customer concerns.
• Leads by example and represents the brand with confidence and professionalism.
• Runs warm leads and manages own book of business; report to work on time daily.
• All other duties as assigned.
