Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of direct sales experience in construction technology or earthmoving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans and growth strategies.
• Lead the SITECH sales team to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
• Maintain key manufacturer relationships and manage P&L for the sales department.
• Travel up to 50% to SITECH, Peterson, customers, and vendors.
