Dial Duron Service Co., a Southern Home Services Company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join a thriving business that believes in work-life balance and cares about YOU. This role is vital as we expand our sales team and drive revenue across HVAC, plumbing and electrical services.

You will oversee training, KPI development, and mentoring of the sales team while collaborating with service and sales teams to create effective strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading a sales team.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
• Strong change management and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by exceeding daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals across all revenue channels.
• Oversee multi-trade sales efforts across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, using financing options to boost sales.
• Review the dispatch board and coordinate with dispatch and managers to assign the right resources.
• Manage training programs with hands-on sessions and establish KPIs to improve performance.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to develop strategies and analyze local markets.
• Be available for nights, afterhours, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operations and sales objectives.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team and align with the Southern Model.
