Dial Duron Service Co., a Southern Home Services Company, is seeking a dynamic General Manager to supervise sales, operations, and financial performance in a high-volume HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service business.

The role requires a proven track record in achieving targets, strong leadership, and the ability to develop strategic plans while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of managerial experience with a proven track record of leading diverse teams.
• Experience managing Profit and Loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control (min 3 years).
• Successful track record in B2C sales within home services, driving revenue growth.
• Experience overseeing day-to-day operations including service delivery, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve goals and adapt to industry changes.
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to address escalated issues.
• Experience recruiting, training, and developing staff and fostering a positive work environment.
• Proven ability to lead through change and expansion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using data to assess performance and identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create, communicate, and implement the mission and strategic direction, ensuring every employee feels their role is crucial to the organization's success and part of a larger purpose.
• Lead managers across organizational layers to align with strategic objectives.
• Formulate and implement the company’s strategic plan and ensure effective execution.
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging industry standards.
• Guide the organization through change, expansion, and innovative methods.
• Evaluate organizational success using key metrics and adjust accordingly.
• Manage and develop leadership staff including hiring, evaluations, and directing work assignments.
• Collaborate with the executive team to make timely decisions and communicate directions.
• Assess workload distribution to optimize manpower and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to processes, safety, and company regulations.
• Assume full financial responsibility for operations.
• Address customer escalation issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
