Southern Home Services is a residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company that acquires, owns, and operates businesses around the United States. We are seeking business leaders to join our growing team and become an integral part of our company's future.

Be part of a dynamic-Sales Manager role focused on driving revenue, developing hands‑on training, and expanding our market share across services while aligning with our standards and the Southern Model.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience leading a sales team or in sales leadership roles.
• Home services experience is required.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
• Strong change management and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Drive revenue growth by exceeding goals across revenue channels, including HCAs, technicians, plumbers, electricians, and CSRs.
• Oversee multi-trade sales across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, using financing options to boost sales.
• Review dispatch and allocate resources to optimize calls and service delivery.
• Develop and monitor training programs with KPIs to improve performance.
• Collaborate with teams to develop sales strategies and expand market share.
• Be available nights, after-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team and align with the Southern Model.
