Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals for home service and replacement business.
• Collaborate with General Manager to achieve sales goals.
• Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed goals.
• Provide training for techs on delivering the 5-Star Experience.
• Communicate with other departments and functions.
• Mentor and develop the inside sales team to ensure metrics.
• Follow through on pending sales, invoicing and financing.
• Handle customer concerns as needed due to lack of value.
