Job summary

S and J Plumbing and Sewer in Arlington Heights is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the home service and replacement business. You will drive sales goals, coach the sales team, and ensure superb customer experiences across installations and service calls.

Expect to train technicians on delivering the 5-Star Experience, collaborate with other departments, and mentor inside sales while managing invoicing and financing follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals for our home service and replacement business.
• Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed team goals.
• Provide training for techs on providing the 5-Star Experience for our customers.
• Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
• Mentor and develop the inside sales team to ensure appropriate sales metrics.
• Training sales and technicians as necessary.
• Follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.
• Handle customer concerns as needed due to lack of value.
