You will recruit, train, and mentor field technicians, coordinate with dispatch to assign the right jobs, and uphold exceptional customer satisfaction while leveraging state-of-the-art tools, training, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Plumber through the State of Illinois or City of Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and improve the field technicians.
• Work with the dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job.
• Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department.
• Inspire technicians to hit their goals.
• Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards.
• Assist your team and be at service to them both professionally and personally.
• Review jobs to ensure that they meet our technical standards.
• Review jobs for opportunities to meet our customers’ needs.
• Train technicians in our tech lab to ensure that they are technically sound.
• Help technicians on jobs when needed.
• Coordinate and schedule manufacturer reps to provide in-house training.
