Responsibilities

• Direct staff in sales, service, installation, warehouse, fleet, call center and dispatch.
• Monitor staff performance to meet daily revenue and sold-hour goals.
• Coach staff to improve referrals and repeat business.
• Escalate customer complaints to quick, favorable resolutions.
• Create annual budget and control expenses to meet plan.
