Job summary

Under Leadership Team guidance, you’ll work toward daily sales goals, develop product expertise, participate in visual merchandising, and promote store services and promotions to build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by the leadership team.
• Actively engage customers and develop long term relationships with customers.
• Demonstrate company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising and teamwork.
• Be aware of current promotions, brand initiatives/events, and promote them to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of current products and sell throughout the store.
• Be a visible and positive presence on the sales floor and follow schedules.
