Lowe's Companies, Inc. (NYSE: LOW) is hiring a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team of associates and deliver an outstanding customer experience in-store. You will coach and train staff, delegate tasks, monitor daily operations, and ensure safe, clean, and well stocked conditions.

This role requires morning, afternoon and evening availability, the ability to lift 25 pounds, and retail leadership experience. Travel to neighboring stores is occasional.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with retail experience.
• 3+ years in retail environment preferred; leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams.
• Experience with training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver the best customer experience.
• Coach and train associates and delegate daily tasks.
• Monitor performance and ensure adequate department coverage.
• Handle both customer-facing and back-end tasks (merchandising, inventory).
• Support store safety initiatives and have MOD duties when assigned.
