Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead and enable a team of associates, delivering excellent customer experiences in-store. You will coach staff, manage daily tasks, and ensure safety and stocking standards across departments.

The role requires strong leadership, retail experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet sales and service goals. Occasional MOD duties and travel to nearby stores may be needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with 3 years retail experience OR 5 years in retail.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience supporting Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams, with or without direct reports.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functional and using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain any sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.
