Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3 years in retail preferred or 5 years retail experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required by law.

Responsibilities
