Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team of associates in delivering an exceptional customer experience in-store.

The role includes coaching, task delegation, and ensuring department coverage across customer-facing and back-end activities. The position emphasizes safety, training, and cross-functional collaboration, with occasional MOD duties and limited travel to support neighboring stores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a retail environment OR 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• 1 year of experience supporting the unique needs of Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams (with or without direct report responsibility).
• Experience supporting or participating in the process of training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience Using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Delegate tasks, monitor daily performance, and ensure department coverage.
• Safely operate and coach on store power equipment; reinforce proper lifting techniques.
• Provide input into merchandising decisions and assist with down stocking and area recovery.
