Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3 years retail experience or 5 years retail experience.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers for Pro Department Supervisor (optional).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to deliver quality customer service.
• Coaching and training associates; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Oversee store safety, merchandising, and area recovery.
• Greet customers, understand needs, and close sales.
• May open/close store or serve as MOD on occasion.
