Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team, coach associates, and ensure a high level of customer service in the store. The role involves coaching, daily task management, and collaboration with store leadership to optimize merchandising and safety.

The position focuses on customer experience, supervisor responsibilities, and flexibility to cover shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings as needed. Pro customer experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years retail experience or 5 years retail experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience supporting Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams (with or without direct report responsibility).
• Experience supporting or participating in training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver the best customer experience.
• Coach and train associates, delegating and following-up on daily tasks.
• Manage performance and ensure adequate department coverage.
• Handle customer-facing and non-customer-facing activities and store safety.
