The role emphasizes coaching, training, and cross‑department collaboration to meet sales and service goals. Occasional MOD duties and travel to support neighboring stores may be involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years retail experience OR 5 years retail experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience supporting Pro customers (Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams (with or without direct report responsibility).
• Experience supporting or participating in training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross‑functionally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of associates to deliver the best possible customer experience in the store.
• Delegate tasks, monitor daily activities, and ensure adequate department coverage.
• Oversee customer-facing activities (greeting customers, clarifying needs, closing sales) and safety procedures.
