Lowe’s Stores is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team that delivers quality customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked store. You will support associates, drive daily tasks, and participate in merchandising decisions to optimize the customer experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and department coverage, including customer-facing activities and safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in retail preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 1 year of Pro customer support experience (Pro Dept Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams, with/without reports.
• Experience training and developing associates; cross-functional work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and store systems.
• Ability to obtain required sales licensure if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Coach, train, delegate, and follow up on daily tasks and performance.
• Ensure department coverage; handle customer-facing and back-of-house duties.
• Engage in merchandising decisions, area recovery, and down stocking.
• Monitor safety, conduct safety walks, and report hazards; uphold lifting rules.
