Lowe's is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team of associates in delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked store. You will coach, delegate, monitor daily tasks, and ensure coverage across the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years retail experience or 5 years preferred.
• Experience serving Pro customers and leading teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and store computer systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of associates to deliver customer service.
• Assist with down stocking, area recovery, and merchandising input.
• Ensure safety, training, and store operations are maintained.
• Open/close store or serve as MOD as needed.
