Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver the best customer experience.
• Coach, train, delegate, and monitor daily tasks and performance.
• Ensure department coverage and support sales/merchandising decisions.
• Oversee safety, lifting directions and store-wide safety practices.
• Greet customers, clarify needs, identify solutions, and close sales.
