Job summary

JCPenney in Albuquerque is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor to lead customer service and drive profitable sales growth by guiding and developing associates, ensuring merchandise standards, and executing sales-building programs.

You will train staff, manage omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pick Up In Store and curbside pickup, oversee specialty departments, and champion safety, scheduling, and performance standards to deliver outstanding in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales - Directs Customer Service and sales activities in store; resolves customer issues and concerns.
Store Merchandise Standards - Maintains high merchandise presentations standards and visual execution across the store.
Omnichannel - Trains, mentors and coaches all associates on jcp.com processes, including pickup and curbside procedures.
Specialty Businesses - Leads sales growth in Fine Jewelry, Mattress, and Window businesses with proper SET execution and shrink control.
Team Development - Coaches associates; partners to source and hire hourly staff and develop performance.
Performance Standards - Meets shrink, safety, scheduling, engagement, and other performance metrics.
