Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor to drive customer service and profitable sales growth by leading associates, managing merchandise standards, and executing visual programs. You will train and develop associates to execute sales-building initiatives.

You will oversee omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pick Up In Store and curbside pickup, and you will drive performance across specialty areas and store operations with a focus on teamwork and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Directs Customer Service and sales activities in store; resolves customer issues and concerns.
• Manages merchandise standards through Put to Fixture, SET, and Visual process execution.
• Trains, mentors and coaches associates on omnichannel processes and pickup/delivery procedures.
• Leads specialty areas (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) and assists with training.
• Partners to source and hire store talent and address performance issues.
