Qualifications

• Experience coaching and developing store staff to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Directs customer service and sales activities; resolves customer issues and concerns; ensures staff is scheduled for peak times.
• Manages merchandise standards through fixture/setup/visual processes; leads signing and pricing to drive sales; reduces shrink.
• Trains and coaches associates on omnichannel processes (ship from store, pickup, curbside) and monitors related metrics.
• Drives profitability in specialty areas (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) and oversees related training and processes to maximize sell-through.
• Sports in team development: sourcing and hiring hourly staff, coaching in the moment, and enforcing performance standards.
• Meets performance standards across shrink, safety, omnichannel, scheduling, engagement, productivity and attendance.
