Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.

• Wine, Spirits & Beer product knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to sale of alcohol.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently greet customers and assist with purchases; drive sales.
• Provide leadership presence and ensure exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, open/close, cash handling, POS management.
• Aim to hit sales targets and maximize profitability through merchandising and upselling.
• Collaborate with support teams to increase sales and promote categories.
• Assist in managing store expenses, labor costs, and supplies.
