Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Sales Floor Leader to support the Store Manager in creating an excellent customer experience while driving sales and delivering on business goals.

Lead daily operations, including the motivation of the team to achieve store goals while providing an excellent customer experience. Lead with a strong presence, analyze sales trends, and develop action plans to improve performance across multiple categories.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Retail or Hospitality management experience (preferred).
• Wine, Spirits & Beer product knowledge (preferred).
• Ability to work full-time hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to sale of alcohol.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and team.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently greet, assist and upsell customers on the sales floor.
• Demonstrate leadership presence and ensure exceptional service to all customers.
• Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS management.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through selling and merchandising.
• Collaborate with store support teams to drive sales and expand markets.
• Assist Store Manager with labor cost, supplies, and expense management.
• Use tools to diagnose opportunities and develop action plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock management.
• Train store staff with feedback, coaching, and performance input.
• Ensure pricing, signage, and displays are correct at all times.
• Receive deliveries and stock the sales floor promptly.
• Control inventory levels and reordering within budget.
• Enforce health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
