Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Sales Floor Leader for our Retail Operations team. You will support the Store Manager in creating an excellent customer experience while driving sales and delivering on business goals.

Lead daily operations, motivate the team to achieve store goals, analyze sales trends, and develop action plans to drive top line performance. You will enforce policies, manage inventory, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Retail or Hospitality management experience (preferred).
• Wine, Spirits & Beer knowledge (preferred).
• Ability to work full-time employment as business requires (nights, weekends and holidays).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to the sale of alcohol.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to customers and team.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and sell to create a welcoming customer environment.
• Lead sales floor operations and provide strong customer service.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS management.
• Achieve sales targets through effective selling and merchandising.
• Partner with store support teams to increase sales and expand markets.
• Help manage store expenses and labor costs.
• Use company tools to diagnose opportunities and plan improvements.
• Monitor inventory to minimize out-of-stocks and overstocking.
• Train staff, give feedback, and support performance evaluations.
• Ensure pricing, signage and displays are correct at all times.
• Receive deliveries and stock the sales floor promptly.
• Control inventory stock levels and reorders.
• Enforce health, safety, and security policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
