Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Retail or Hospitality management experience preferred.
• Wine, Spirits & Beer product knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work full-time employment (nights, weekends and holidays).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to the sale of alcohol.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to customers and team.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and upsell customers to meet goals.
• Lead on-floor presence and ensure exceptional service.
• Manage opening/closing, cash handling, and POS.
• Achieve sales targets and profitability via selling and merchandising.
• Collaborate with store support teams to grow sales and merchandise categories.
• Assist in managing store expenses and labor costs.
• Use tools to diagnose opportunities and drive performance.
• Monitor inventory and minimize stockouts and overstock.
• Train staff with feedback and coaching.
• Ensure pricing, signage and displays are correct.
• Receive deliveries and stock the floor in a timely manner.
• Control inventory stock levels and reordering within budget.
• Enforce policies including health, safety, security.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
