Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Sales Floor Leader to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales. Lead daily operations, motivate the team, and ensure compliance with policies.

You will analyze sales trends, collaborate with store teams, manage opening/closing, POS, and inventory, and help control expenses. This role requires full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in retail or hospitality management.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Consistently greet and assist customers, selling effectively and responding to inquiries.
• Provide leadership on the sales floor while ensuring exceptional service and customer needs are met.
• Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS system management.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability using promotions and upselling techniques across categories.
• Partner with store support teams to increase sales and expand markets.
• Assist Store Manager with store expense management including labor, supplies, and budgets.
• Diagnose opportunities using company tools and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory management to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Assist in training store staff with feedback and performance evaluations.
• Ensure pricing, signage, and displays are accurate at all times.
• Receive vendor deliveries and stock the sales floor promptly.
• Control inventory stock levels and reorders within budget.
• Enforce all company policies including health, safety, and security.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
