BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Sales Floor Leader for our Retail Operations team. As a Sales Floor Leader, you will support the Store Manager in creating an excellent customer experience while driving sales and delivering on business goals.

Lead daily operations, motivate the team to achieve store goals, analyze sales trends, and develop action plans to drive top line performance. Ensure compliance with policies and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Retail or Hospitality management experience preferred.
• Wine, Spirits & Beer knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of alcohol sale regulations.
• Interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the sales floor and support Store Manager in customer experience and sales goals.
• Provide a strong leadership presence and ensure exceptional service and customer needs are met.
• Manage opening/closing, cash handling, and POS system management.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through merchandising and upselling.
• Collaborate with store support teams to increase sales and expand markets.
• Assist in budgeting, labor costs, and inventory management.
• Train staff and provide feedback and coaching.
