Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to support Retail Operations. This role opens and closes the store, assists during peak periods, and helps train new employees while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, restocking, cash handling, inventory checks, maintaining security, and ensuring accurate pricing and receipts. You’ll also train teammates and keep the store clean and organized to drive sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail or equivalent.
• Availability for peak hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and cash handling proficiency.
• Team-oriented mindset and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and inform them about products and services.
• Open and close the store; support during high volume periods.
• Assist new employees and provide training on procedures.
• Stock inventory, restock merchandise, and conduct counts.
• Process cash transactions, operate tills and scanners.
• Verify prices, issue receipts, process refunds and exchanges.
• Monitor floor to deter theft and maintain security procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in sales floor, stock room, and bathrooms.
