Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to join our Retail Operations team. This role opens and closes the store, supports staff, and ensures excellent customer service while driving sales.

The candidate will assist during high-volume periods, train new employees, and use product knowledge to recommend items. Responsibilities include cash handling, inventory support, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or similar settings.
• Willingness to work fluid schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with cash handling.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to train new staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product recommendations to drive sales.
• Open the store in the morning and close it at night.
• Support staff during peak times and help with new employee onboarding.
• Perform cash handling, tills, deposits, and receipt issuance accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and address stockroom and floor standards.
• Assist with inventory tasks and loss prevention procedures.
