BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Sales Floor Leader for our Retail Operations team. You will support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and meeting business goals on the floor.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, managing cash, training staff, maintaining price accuracy, stocking, and ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations. A passion for guest service and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Retail or Hospitality management experience (preferred).
• Wine, Spirits & Beer product knowledge (preferred).
• Ability to work full-time (nights, weekends and holidays).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to the sale of alcohol.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to customers and team.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations on the sales floor and ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain pricing, signage, and displays; ensure accuracy at all times.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and POS management.
• Drive sales and profitability through selling and merchandising.
• Collaborate with store support teams to expand markets and categories.
• Assist in managing labor costs, supplies, and expenses.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff; support performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory to minimize stockouts and overstock.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
