Responsibilities

• Drive customer service to achieve profitable sales growth by leading and engaging associates.
• Manage merchandise standards, placement plans, and restocking processes.
• Oversee SET/visual guidelines and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Assist with omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship from Store.
• Support inventory processes, cycle counts, and vendor returns to prevent shrink.
