Responsibilities

• Models and delivers exceptional customer service to drive sales and profitability.
• Manages floor transitions, restocks, and RFID/inventory tasks with the Merchandise Supervisor.
• Assists SET/visual processes by planning floor moves and maintaining display standards.
• Supports omnichannel tasks including Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship from Store as needed.
• Assists with merchandise transfers, DMTO processes, and annual inventory activities.
• Meets performance standards for product, service, productivity, and attendance.
