You will contribute to delivering outstanding service in a supportive, beautiful work environment and help turn inquiries into bookings.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, potential background checks, and maintaining an active Real Estate License when required by law.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Background and drug screening may be required where permitted by law.
• Active Real Estate License required where mandated by law.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on owner information.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, room locations, and network information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, promote promotions, and develop business opportunities (reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support effective follow-up.
