• Active California Real Estate License required at time of application and maintained during employment.
• One-year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding use of properties and amenities; make recommendations based on owner info.
• Follow up on referrals from Owners.
• Fulfill requests regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and develop business opportunities (reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support effective follow-up.
