Accendra Health is seeking a Sales Executive I in Salem, OR to drive growth across the assigned territory. You will work with branch staff, define strategic plans, and expand the referral network while meeting profitability goals.

The position emphasizes relationship building, effective communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach to exceed targets and deliver value to patients and providers.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant experience required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a track record of success.
• External sales experience preferred and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales calls to establish new and maintain referrals.
• Create and maintain call plans to grow business with referrals.
• Enter call outcomes into the CRM system and monitor targets.
• Educate referral sources on product applications and Medicare guidelines.
• Collaborate with branch staff and Market VP to hit targets.
• Ensure accurate billing documentation and reporting.
