Job summary

Accendra Health in Salem, OR is seeking a Sales Executive I to sell Apria products and services in the assigned territory. You will work with branch staff and leadership to grow sales, improve customer satisfaction, and profitability.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commission; earnings depend on performance, referrals, and market strategy. Occasional travel and CRM experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

Customer-focused approach to physicians, patients and referral sources.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in external sales or service-driven roles preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily sales calls to reference sources in the medical community.
Develop call plans to qualify and grow referrals and revenue.
Enter plans and outcomes into the CRM system and track targets.
Educate referral sources on Apria products and services.
Collaborate with branch staff and market leadership to reach goals.
