Job summary

Accendra Health, part of Apria Healthcare, seeks a results-oriented Sales Executive II to drive sales of our home health products in the assigned territory. You will work with branch staff and the General Manager to develop and execute strategies that boost sales, satisfaction, and profitability.

You will conduct daily calls with referral sources, manage call plans, and leverage CRM data to identify targets.

Qualifications

• College degree or previous relevant job experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in selling services or commodity products with demonstrated success.
• External sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales calls to establish new and maintain ongoing business with referral sources.
• Create and maintain call plans to qualify new and maintain existing referrals.
• Enter call plan outcomes into the CRM system.
• Use reports to identify referral targets and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Market VP to review territory plan and achieve goals.
• Educate referral sources on the use and applications of Apria products and services.
• Partner with branch management and other areas to drive sales growth.
• Perform other duties as required.
