Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience leading sales engineering teams.
• Previous sales engineer background, 4-6 years preferred.
• Strong cyber-security background: cloud security, network security, incident response.
• Proven mentoring and team development capabilities.
• Solid sales acumen and ability to drive new and add-on revenue.

• Set shared goals and establish mentoring relationships.
