Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or technology is required.
• 4–6+ years in Sales Engineering or similar customer-facing tech role.
• 3–4 years of people management experience.
• Hands-on with API-based integrations and live deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Sales Engineers with clear expectations.
• Participate in deals, supporting live technical discovery and presentations.
• Partner with merchant leaders for leadership in opportunities.
• Develop deep knowledge of Affirm products, APIs, and integration options.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot integrations in sandbox environments.
• Use AI development tools in technical work and coaching others.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Revenue to win new business.
• Translate merchant needs into actionable product feedback.
• Create a respectful environment with feedback and growth opportunities.
