Qualifications

• 5+ years in Telecom/Technical Sales with IP networks and data services.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, PON, and IoT.
• Experience with Ekahau, Visio, BlueBeam, Salesforce, MS Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient time management and ability to train sales teams.
• Able to converse with customers and IT personnel clearly.
• Design and analyze WAN/LAN, security, VoIP, and fiber networks.
• Able to design presentations and educate Sales teams on data networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sale technical expertise to Sales Force.
• Consult with Account Executives on technical questions and network design.
• Present the strengths of Managed WiFi, Fiber, and HFC services.
• Apply consultative selling to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Assist Sales Reps with data-diagram requirements.
• Interface with customers to determine technical requirements for Optimum services.
• Translate technical concepts into plain English for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure customer requirements are met within internal procedures.
• Assist in gathering data for RFPs/RFIs and participate in special projects.
