Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in engineering or technical fields.
• Strong engineering background or technical knowledge.
• Ability to identify opportunities and build strategic relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• US Citizen (required due to ITAR regulations).
• Willingness to work in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Develop Tender and Proposal Strategies
• Conduct Head Quarters Reviews of Tender/Proposal Key Components
• Determine Disposition of Tenders and Proposals
• Review Tender/Proposal Clarifications
• Develop Opportunity Assessment and Engagement Plans
• Identify and Capture Leads
• Qualify Leads as Opportunities
• Plan Cross‑Sell and Sell‑Up Opportunities
• Prioritize Opportunities for Engagement
• Prepare Sales Quotes
• Determine Sales Quote Disposition
• Prepare Contract Amendments, Suspensions, Early Terminations, and Renewals
• Investigate Events and Validate Event Investigations
• Collect Market Activity and Units Intelligence
